Field Sales Executive

• Basic salary From £36,000
• OTE £65,000+ uncapped
• Location Field-based, Tamworth HQ

We're looking for a tenacious, results-driven field sales professional to hunt down new business, win major clients, and keep our growth curve pointing one way: up.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively hunting for new business — cold calling, door-knocking, and everything in between
• Identifying and closing deals with major clients
• Building a robust pipeline and converting it into revenue
• Owning your territory and treating it like your own business
• Constantly pushing for growth — no complacency, no coasting

What we're looking for

• A proven track record of hitting (and smashing) sales targets
• Genuine tenacity — someone who doesn't take no for an answer
• Confidence picking up the phone and knocking on doors
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and hungry for success
